Is table service included with an event rental or reservation?

A server is included in the rental fee, and if you require an additional server, there is a fee of $75 per server. Service will be available for the duration of your booked time, and you will still have access to our main bar after your event concludes. Please note that gratuity is not included in the service fee; a 20% gratuity will be added to checks for groups of 20 or more.

Is cleanup included?

TEN20 staff will handle the cleanup of all beverages. However, cleanup of outside food and decorations is the responsibility of the renting party. TEN20 is not responsible for any items left behind after the event, and vendors or hosts may incur storage fees for items left in the event space.

Is outside catering permitted?

Yes, outside catering is permitted with prior approval from TEN20's event sales manager.

Can the event space be decorated?

All decorations must be approved in advance by TEN20's event sales manager.

How much time is allocated for setup and breakdown?

You are allotted 2 hours for setup before your event and 1 hour afterward for breakdown. If additional time is needed, it can be arranged for an extra fee, pending availability.

Can we have live music or a DJ at our event?

Live music or DJ services must be pre-approved by TEN20's event sales manager. All performers must provide their own A/V equipment and comply with designated noise levels.

Are guests under 21 allowed at events?

Yes, we are a family-friendly venue.
